Online Check-in

There are 5 important things we need to let you know and then you will be ready to check-in…

1. Are you well? Stay safe: pack lateral flow tests

If you are at all worried that you may have coronavirus, use the Symptom Checker to find out what to do. Visitors are being urged to pack lateral flow tests in their suitcases if they are holidaying in Wales. Test yourself before, during and after your holiday – as the kits are free, you’ve nothing to lose and you will help to keep everyone safe. You can order your free testing kit here.

2. Extra guests and visitors

Does your booking confirmation show the correct number of guests? If not, please let us know immediately because all guests must be booked in advance.

Would you like to invite day-visitors to your cottage? They’re very welcome but please give us details on the form below. For the safety and security of all our guests, we need to be able to identify everybody at Benar.

3. Face coverings are still required in Wales

Going to a shop, museum, theatre? Catching a bus or train?

Please remember your face covering: they remain a legal requirement here in Wales.

4. Changes to your cottage

Some “nice to haves” have been removed from your cottage. These include: the runner from the bed, throws, books, boardgames, DVDs, cottage information folders, activities folders, tourist information leaflets and maps. However, we have excellent WiFi, catch-up TV is available and we have put as much information as we possibly can online for you.

5. Extras to bring with you

You might want to bring a few extras on holiday with you such as:

  • Your face-covering
  • Lateral flow tests
  • Hand-gel
  • Extra books or an e-reader (such as a Kindle)
  • DVDs
  • Boardgames
