2021 Book with Confidence when you Book Direct

These are strange times and we know that, now more than ever, everyone needs a holiday to look forward to. We want to reassure you that, if you book with us directly, you can book with confidence.

Our guarantee

For all new bookings made for holidays up until the end of 2021: if we cannot provide you with accommodation for any reason, or if you cancel your booking because UK or Welsh Government Coronavirus rules or laws mean you are not allowed to travel:

  • If you wish, we will refund in full, everything you have paid for your booking including the deposit
  • If you prefer, we will help you move your booking to a later date (up until the end of 2021) subject to availability and normal booking conditions. We do not charge admin fees however, if the cost of the chosen dates is higher than your original booking, then we will just ask you to pay the difference.

Social distancing

Our self-contained cottages are in a rural location, away from the hustle and bustle of towns and cities. When you arrive here, your cottage will have been cleaned and thoroughly disinfected. We have non-contact key collection and social distancing measures in place.

The ‘Book with Confidence when you Book Direct’ terms and conditions supplement our full terms and conditions, which are here. Due to increased risks associated with international travel, the guarantee is available only to guests resident in the United Kingdom. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to offer only our normal booking terms and conditions. Please note that full payment must be received by us within the timescale set out in your booking confirmation otherwise your booking will be cancelled immediately and the dates put back on sale.

A few days prior to the start of your holiday, we will ask you to self-certify that you are free of coronavirus symptoms. If you, or any member of your household has symptoms then you must self isolate and will not be able to take up your holiday. Should this apply to you, contact us immediately. If we are able to resell the dates booked then we will refund you as much as we can. We understand that being vaccinated is incredibly important so please schedule your holiday so that it does not clash with likely vaccine appointment dates.
